International Trade News

"How do you keep up with all the news on international trade?" I'm often asked. The short answer is: I don't! The world moves at an incredibly fast pace, and tackling all the news I can find on international trade is truly a Sisyphean chore. But I do make every effort to get my news from multiple sources, and not just from the headlines of major American newspapers. (Does anyone still believe those handful of stories reported in the newspapers on any given day are "all the news that's fit to print"?)

Life is hectic, and in the Information Age it is all too easy to be overrun by information. My mission is to provide you with thorough, compelling but also condensed information on all things international trade. In that vein, I have included this compilation of the day's news so you can catch up.

It's easy to use: Click on each of the hyperlinked keywords (e.g., "International Trade" or "World Trade Organization") and you will get a short list of the day's news utilizing that keyword. Read as much or as little as you like. When you're done, check out Sound Off! where I post my short, sharp and opinionated reactions to current events. This page is updated daily, so be sure to check back often.

In the near future, I will install a feature allowing you to comment on these stories yourself (or whatever happens to grab your attention). Stay tuned for that development. In the meantime, happy reading!
